In heavy times, our pets often become our anchors. 🐾
They steady us, comfort us, and help us stay present—whether they’re by our side today or held close in memory.

This live online workshop is a gentle, creative space to honor the healing bond between you and your animal companion, using a guided NeuroGraphica-inspired drawing practice. Through simple lines, shapes, and color, you’ll be invited to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and give form to the love, support, and connection our pets offer us.

NeuroGraphica is a mindful drawing process that bypasses artistic skill and perfection. You won’t be creating traditional “art”—you’ll be engaging in a calming, intuitive process where the line leads and meaning emerges naturally. No artistic experience is required.

The workshop is facilitated by a NeuroGraphica-certified practitioner (certified in 2022) with experience leading creative healing sessions in psychedelic integration and contemplative spaces, where art serves as a container for reflection, emotional processing, and integration.

This experience is open to anyone who has been touched by the presence of an animal—whether your pet is currently with you, or a beloved companion from your past.
